Things I have discovered today: I have very few red covers! Yay... Therefore, these covers aren't all super red. But I promise they do have at least some red on them ;). Oh, and these are not in any particular order btw.

1. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J. K. Rowling

Obviously I love this book. I mean seriously, who doesn't? And look! Red everywhere!

2. The Devil Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger

This is still one of my favourite books. Such nostalgia :). 

3. The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood

I know, I know, not very red this one, but there are other editions of this with redder covers :P. I had to read this for school, and it's one of the few obligatory reads I really enjoyed :).

4. Carpe Corpus by Rachel Caine

I swear it looks more red than pink in person! This is the 6th book in the Morganville Vampires Series. I'm way behind...

5. Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas

Ok, this one might be a bit more orange than red... I adored this book!

This weeks topic is: Top 5 books you struggled to finish.

1. Feed by Mira Grant

I read over 500 pages of this and then set it aside for about 2 years! I only very recently finished this, and only because I wanted it off my TBR pile. I love anything zombie, but this book got too political for me...

2. The Luxe by Anna Godbersen

I ended up really liking this book. I just found it a bit slow in the beginning. Once I pushed through though, I got addicted :P.

3. The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold

This was not my favourite. I did like it, but that was about it. The subject matter is really difficult, and considering the premise, not much happens...

4. Incarceron by Cathrine Fisher

This is another book I liked, but nothing more. It took me forever to read this as I never really got very invested in that characters, and found parts of it quite boring.

5. Savage Drift by Emmy Laybourne

The last book in the trilogy. I did end up really liking it, but I struggled with the maturity (or lack thereof) of the characters. As 16/17-year-olds they were often less mature than Harry Potter at age 11 :P.
